Service Area

We currently operate and deliver within Cleveland, Ohio only. Orders outside Cleveland are not fulfilled through our regular ordering process.

However, customers from other cities or states may contact us at support@aarufoods.com. Where possible, we will assist in connecting you with authorized dealers in your area or discuss available shipping options on a case-by-case basis.

Order Processing & Confirmation

Once an order is placed, a member of the Aaru Foods team will contact you directly to confirm your order and coordinate the preferred fulfillment method. As we operate with a personalized approach, fulfillment details will be finalized through this communication.

Fulfillment Options (Cleveland Area)

We currently offer the following options within Cleveland:

Pickup: Customers may choose to pick up their order from a designated location. Pickup details will be shared after order confirmation.

Local Delivery: We offer delivery within Cleveland for a flat fee of $3. Delivery timing will be coordinated directly with the customer.

Meet & Collect: Customers may choose a mutually convenient public location to meet and collect their order. Details will be arranged after order confirmation.

Shipping Outside Cleveland

For customers located outside Cleveland in areas where we do not currently have dealers, shipping may be arranged upon request. Shipping charges will be calculated based on package weight, destination, and zip code.
